经修订的MEPC.107(49) 第4.2.11条英原文如下：The validity of calibration certificates should be checked at IOPP annual/intermediate/renewal surveys. The accuracy of 15 ppm bilge alarms is to be checked by calibration and testing of the equipment conducted by a manufacturer or persons authorized by the manufacturer and should be done at intervals not exceeding five years after its commissioning, or within the term specified in the manufacturer's instructions, whichever is shorter. Alternatively the unit may be replaced by a calibrated 15 ppm bilge alarm. The calibration certificate for the 15 ppm bilge alarm, certifying the date of the last calibration check, should be retained on board for inspection purposes.

【拓展】压载水管理系统认可规则（BWMS规则）第4.10条求：应提供设备，在换证检验时按生产商(manufacturer)的须知规定，检查测量的压载水处理装置部件（BWMS components）的性能。为便于检查，船上应备有证明最近一次校准日期的校准证书。只有生产商或生产商授权的人员（manufacturer or persons authorized by the manufacturer）才能进行精度检查。

油水分离器15ppm报警器，和压载水处理装置部件的校准，均要求生产商或生产商授权的人员（manufacturer or persons authorized by the manufacturer）进行。

正如gy所问：这里的生产商(manufacturer)，是油水分离器或压载水处理装置的生产厂家？还是15ppm报警器或压载水处理装置传感器等组件的生产厂家？
