A.可滞留缺陷
1. Release control piping for fixed Co2 extinguisher to E/R go through the protective space that be likely cut off by fire inside. 固定CO2灭火器通往机舱的释放控制管路穿过了可能被内部火灾切断的保护处所。
2. Some fire door at accommodation with back-hold hook. 生活区的一些防火门带有背扣挂钩。
3. Fire Alarm control system malfunction 火灾报警控制系统故障。
4. Fire damper for No.2 ventilator for E/R seized. 机舱2号通风机的防火挡板卡死。
5. Fire isolation on boundary between E/R and steering gear room not available, while em’cy fire pump stored in steering gear room 机舱和舵机房间边界处的防火隔离无效,而应急消防泵存放在舵机室。
6. Fire damper of funnel could not be closed completely. 烟囱的防火挡板无法完全关闭。
7. E/R fire damper excessive gap. 机舱防火挡板间隙过大。
8. A-class fire integrity partially damaged. A级防火完整性部分损坏。
9. Funnel flap unable to be closed properly. 烟囱风门无法正确关闭。
10. Fire main pipe on deck: leaking. 甲板上的消防总管:泄漏。
11. Isolation valve malfunction 隔离阀故障。

14. Quick closing devices for M/E FO SERV. TK and M/E FO SET. TK – out of order.主机燃油服务柜和主机燃油沉淀柜的速闭装置 – 失效。
15. Cover of control box to release for Co2 system. CO2系统释放控制箱的盖子缺失。
16. Air cylinder to shut down the quick closing valve: No pressure air for standby.用于关闭速闭阀的气瓶:无备用压缩空气。

29. CO2 Room not fitted with a mechanical ventilation system, where the room is located below deck and an entrance from the open deck to the space is not provided in accordance with SOLAS II-2/Reg.10 4.3. CO2间未配备机械通风系统,且该房间位于甲板下方,并且未按照SOLAS II-2/Reg.10 4.3提供从开敞甲板进入该处所的入口。
30. Fixed gas detection system in pump room not working properly. 泵舱内的固定式气体探测系统工作不正常。
